Welcome to the epitome of modern living in Budapest's Palace district! This stunning home offers an exceptional blend of loft-style living, industrial charm and eclectic design elements that will leave you in awe. The clever use of mirrors strategically placed on clean surfaces amplifies the sense of openness and makes the already high ceilings appear even more grandiose. Natural light filters in through large windows, illuminating the beautiful hand-woven kilim rugs that add warmth and texture to the floors. The living room is adorned with colourful and full-textured accents, incorporating the owner's personal touch while complementing the industrial and loft-style theme. This project involved alterations of the former layout; the kitchen was relocated to the living room, creating an open style sitting area with access to the terrace. Some addition was also made to the second bedroom & bathroom.
The design team accepted the challenge to create a balance between space and materials used, giving the home an air of light and bright comfort. The interior was completed by a black & grey palette of colours and materials like terrazzo, black stained timber, white walls, smoked-glass panels and timber floors, giving the home a subtle but striking appearance.
